Filing returns, company incorporations, and bank loan project reports are based directly on data supplied by the client. We cannot be held liable for statutory penalties resulting from willful misrepresentation or fraudulent records supplied by the applicant.

3. Service Fees, Retainers & Government Taxes

Professional fees for our services are customized based on the scope of work and confirmed with the client prior to task commencement. Government filing fees, statutory stamp duty, MCA MCA21 challans, and GST portal challans are payable by the client as mandated by respective regulatory authorities.

4. Timelines & Government Portal Latency

While our consultants submit applications and filings with the highest expedition (often within 24 to 48 hours), issuance of final certificates (such as GSTIN, Company Certificate of Incorporation, FSSAI License, or Bank Loan Sanctions) remains subject to the processing speed, site inspections, and automated servers of government departments (GSTN, MCA, Income Tax CPC, DGFT).

Any disputes arising out of professional services or website usage shall be subject exclusively to the civil courts and consumer forums of Purnia District, Bihar.
